We build an operating tool, not one more spreadsheet

Qiyada is a management system for driving training centres, built on one simple principle: running a centre should be clearer than the paper process it replaces.

Why we built this

The pattern repeats: a driving training centre runs a packed schedule every day, trainees who need tracking, instructors who need precise scheduling, and management who need numbers — and all of it lives in notebooks, spreadsheets and messages.

The result is familiar: staff spend their time reconciling records instead of serving trainees, reports that cannot support a decision, and booking errors the trainee discovers before the centre does.

Qiyada is not a side project. We build it with the people who run these centres daily. So every feature starts with one question: which daily task in the centre does this make easier?

What we hold to

Our mission

To make running a driving training centre a clear digital operation — where a trainee knows their status, an instructor knows their schedule, and a manager knows centre performance without asking anyone.

Our vision

For Qiyada to be the system driving training centres reach for by default across the region, covering an entire training operation in one place.

What we hold to

  • Clarity before feature count We do not add a feature that does not serve a clear daily task in the centre.
  • The language of a centre owner We write and design in the Arabic a centre manager actually speaks, not in technical jargon.
  • Data security without compromise Trainee data is a trust, and the system is built on that basis.
  • Support after the sale The relationship starts when you start using the system, not when the sale closes.

What makes the product different

The system is a web platform built around precise permissions and connected data, and everything in it is designed to be used daily rather than once.

  • Arabic-first interface, running in the browser on desktop, mobile and tablet.
  • Precise permissions: each role sees only the data that concerns it.
  • Connected data: an attendance record flows into the schedule, progress, collection and reports.
  • Reports built from daily operational data, with no manual number-gathering.

Questions about the team

  • Who builds Qiyada?

A small team of product designers and engineers, working alongside driving training centres so the real operation is understood before anything is added.

  • Do you support English?

The core interface is Arabic. We add English progressively for centres serving a multinational intake.

  • How do you handle customisation requests?

We take customisation requests and weigh them against maintainability. What serves centres broadly goes into the product; what is specific to one centre is delivered as needed.
