Description of the service
- Qiyada is a software platform for managing driving training centres, delivered through the browser.
- It covers trainees, instructors, sessions, schedules, vehicles, exams, payments and reports.
- The service is available by subscription after the free trial ends, on the plan agreed with you.

Account and permissions
- You are responsible for your team’s login credentials and for keeping passwords confidential.
- You set each staff member’s permissions according to their role in the centre.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for the actions your team performs on your behalf.

Acceptable use
- The system is used to manage the training centre you registered and are authorised to operate.
- Reselling the service or sharing it outside your centre requires a separate agreement.
- Attempting to access another centre’s data, or to disrupt the service, is not permitted.

Availability and support
- The service is intended to be available at all times and may be briefly affected by scheduled maintenance.
- Technical support is available during the hours listed on the contact page.
- We notify you by email in advance of maintenance that affects your operation.
Your data in the system
- Your centre’s data, and that of your trainees, instructors and vehicles, is stored in records belonging to you alone.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Permissions determine who inside your centre can see the data.
- You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, when the relationship ends.
